So how do we accomplish all this? Sometimes the process incorporates competitive research, gap analysis, and trend reporting to identify the most promising opportunities. Other times we may do a deep research dive into enabling technologies, platforms, and partner recommendations, and provide a report on our findings. And often we’ll do best practices analysis to further refine a suggested strategy and approach.
