Dawn Services

Generating Forward Momentum

Sometimes our clients have already launched a business – but don’t have a clear idea of where it’s headed. Sometimes they have an idea, or a concept, but no idea of what to do next. What they need is help to make it real, to take their business and themselves to the next step. That’s where we come in. We draw upon both experience and our unique, combined perspectives to take a fresh look as well as to scour the competition.

We admit we can be brutally honest. We look at our clients’ core strengths, their limitations, their competitors, and the degree of risk they’re comfortable with in reaching for their goals. Our goal is to help our client to better understand themselves, their business, and their true market potential. At Dawn we uncover new opportunities and bring greater clarity to existing ones. The ultimate outcome is strategies and a plan of attack for moving your business forward.

So how do we accomplish all this? Sometimes the process incorporates competitive research, gap analysis, and trend reporting to identify the most promising opportunities. Other times we may do a deep research dive into enabling technologies, platforms, and partner recommendations, and provide a report on our findings. And often we’ll do best practices analysis to further refine a suggested strategy and approach.

The bottom line? We look for opportunities to create value while having a positive impact not only on the business but on people’s lives—burnishing the brand with an afterglow.

“Cris knows everybody. Seriously, there hasn't been a time when I called Cris with an idea and she didn't have three people that she suggested I meet, talk with, or ask for advice. And every single person she connected me to delivered (and said nice things about Cris). You don't find people like that very often - its incredibly valuable, and my work is the better for it. You want Cris on your team. You want to be in Cris' rolodex. You want Cris throwing ideas in your direction. It’s that simple.”
